摘　　要：电子政府信息资源增值开发机制作为电子政务信息资源整合的重要手段,通过制度机制、行政机制、市场机制、监督机制、价格机制等若干子机制的相互协调、作用,能够有效地开发电子政务信息资源,增值电子政务服务,整合电子政务流程,促进政府体制转型。As the important method of the E-government information resource integration, the value added material mechanism of the E-government information resource could effectively develop the E-government information resource, value added the E-government service, integrate the E-government process and promote the transformation of the government institution, through the coordination of the institutional mechanisms, administrative mechanisms, market mechanisms, oversight mechanisms and price mechanisms, etc.
