“贷款换石油”之风险探析

摘　　要：在全球金融危机的大背景下,作为一种石油安全新型保障措施,"贷款换石油"正被中国大量使用。尽管"贷款换石油"为中国提供了一定程度的石油储备保障,该交易方式也为中国带来诸如信用、市场、期限等方面的风险。在阐述"贷款换石油"交易机制的基础上,分析了中国可能在该项交易中存在的各项风险,并提出了相关的应对措施,以期将风险控制在合理的范围内。In the global financial crisis, backgroun d, as a new type of oil security safeguards, quot; loans-for-oilquot; is being widely used in China. Although the quot;loans-for-oilquot; for China to provide a degree of protection of oil reserves, the trans-action will bring to China, such as ways of credit, market, duration and other risks. Before going into the quot;loans-for-oilquot; trading mechanism, based on the analysis of China may exist in the transaction of the risks, and put forward relevant measures to deal with a view to risk management in a reasonable range.
