摘　　要：本文研制了一种便携式金属合金光谱分析仪,该分析仪主要由交流电弧发生器、小型光纤光谱仪和个人计算机组成。小型光纤光谱仪利用光纤采集金属合金发射光谱信号,便于现场操作,其内部采用非球面反射镜,实现平像场与像散纠正设计相结合,大大提高了仪器的光谱分辨率和灵敏度。同时开发了相应的软件,建立了金属合金光谱图库。在此基础上对金属合金能够进行定性和定量的分析。本文还对该分析仪的进一步开发进行了讨论和分析。In this paper,a portable metal alloys spectrum analyzer is presented.The spectrum analyzer is composition of AC arc generator,small fiber optic spectrometer and personal computer.The small fiber optic spectrometer is used nonspherical reflector,to achieve the design of the combination with flat-field and astigmatism corrected,it can greatly increase the spectral resolution and sensitivity of the instrument.At the same time,the corresponding software is developed, and metal alloy spectrum library has been established.On this basis,the metal alloy can do qualitative and quantitative analysis.And its further development is discussed and analyzed.
