血清松弛素、弹性纤维及elafin与女性盆底功能障碍性疾病

摘　　要：盆腔脏器脱垂危险因素主要是支持盆底器官的盆底肌肉组织结构和功能异常。最近有关盆底支持组织的成分和基因改变的研究倍受关注。血清松弛素具有松弛盆腔韧带的作用,盆底支持组织中结缔组织的主要成分是细胞外基质,包括弹性纤维、弹性蛋白等,elafin作为弹性蛋白酶抑制因子,可维持上皮细胞的完整性。弹性纤维的代谢及相关成分的改变会引起组织弹性降低,使盆底支持结构薄弱。本文将弹性血清松弛素、弹性纤维及其相关成分,elafin在盆底功能障碍性疾病发病机制中作用的研究结果做一综述。The major risk factors for pelvic organ prolapsed,when the pelvic floor muscles support the pelvic organs,tissue structure and function abnormalities.Recent pelvic floor to support the organization and genetically modified ingredients research drawn greater attention. Serum relaxin has a role in relaxation of pelvic ligaments, Pelvic floor to support the main component of connective tissue is the extracellular matrix, including the elastic fibers, elastin, etc., as elastase inhibitor elafin, we can maintain the integrity of epithelial cells. Elastic fiber and associated components of the metabolic changes might lead to organizational flexibility to reduce,weak pelvic floor support structures to promote. Therefore, this paper will be flexible in serum relaxin, elastic fiber and associated components, elafin in pelvic floor dysfunction, the role of disease pathogenesis be done to review the findings.
