摘 要:将无功规划中所涉及的不确定性因素场景化,通过场景化处理,用多个场景状态来表示系统发展的动态过程。针对传统无功规划方案缺乏灵活性的不足,提出了多场景柔性无功规划思想,其将目标函数拆分为初始投资和波动费用两部分,通过规划前期增加少量的无功投资,使规划方案更具有灵活性,更能适应未来环境的变化。并提出了基于轮次优化技术的多场景处理方法,以IEEE14节点和某地区1206节点两个试验系统的算例结果表明该方法的有效性及其实用性。Reactive power planning involves numerous of uncertainty, and these uncertainties are scenarioed in this paper. Through this treatment, numbers ofscences is used to show the dynamic process of system development. On account of the traditional reactive .power planning is lack of flexibility, an idea of flexible reactive power planning based on multi-scenario is proposed. It divides the objective function into initial investment and fluctuation investment. With a slight increase in the early planning of reactive power investment, it makes the planning more flexible to adapt to the future environment changes. Also, a multi-step optimal method which is used to deal with multi-scenario is proposed. The effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method are validated by the result of both IEEE 14-bus system and a certain actual distribution network with 1206-bus.
