摘  要:针对小水电群区域电网夏丰方式下的电压超标问题,分别以网损最小、电压偏移最小和两者结合为目标,采用基于Matlab的遗传算法及PSAT(Power System Analysis Toolbox)工具箱的优化方法,通过对主变抽头调节、制定水电功率因数考核指标、并联无功补偿装置等控制手段实现对电网电压及网损的优化控制,提出了相应的优化控制方法与策略。该结果成功应用于信宜小水电群区域电网,极大地改善了该区域的电压质量、降低了网损,表明该优化方法的实用性与可行性。To solve the problem of disqualification of voltage magnitude under summer high water period operation mode of small hydropower stations group in regional power grid, optimal methods based on Matlab genetic algorithm and Power System Analysis Toolbox(PSAT) tools are used. The objectives are to minimize the grid loss, voltage deviation, and the combination of these two conditions respectively. The according optimal control method and strategy are proposed through regulating the main transformer tap, setting a assessment of hydropower power factors, and shunt vat compensating. At present, the proposed control method and strategy have been successfully applied to a small hydropower stations group power grid, which has largely improved the voltage quality and also minimized the power loss greatly. The satisfied result shows that the optimal method proposed in this paper is feasible.
