摘  要:研究了以Ca0.3(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.7TiO3(CLST-0.7)为基料,复合添加10wt%CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS)、4wt%Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3(LBSCA)和0~2wt%CuO氧化物为烧结助剂的微波介质陶瓷的低温烧结行为及微波介电特性。结果表明:随着CuO添加量的增加,陶瓷体积密度、介电常数εr、无载品质因数与谐振频率乘积Qf值,都呈先增加后降低,频率温度系数τf呈降低的趋势。添加10wt%CBS、4.0wt%LBSCA和1.0wt%CuO的CLST-0.7微波介质陶瓷,在900℃烧结5h具有较佳的微波介电性能:εr=67.31,Qf=2197GHz,τf=40.28ppm/℃。The low temperature sintering process and the microwave dielectric properties of a microwave dielectric material based on Ca0.3(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.7TiO3(CLST-0.7) ceramic with 10 wt % CaO-B2O3-SiO2 (CBS) multiplicity oxide and 4 wt % Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 (LBSCA) glass and 0-2 wt% CuO multiplicity additives were investigated. The results indicate that with the increasing of CuO content,the bulk density,the dielectric constant εr,the product of quality factor and resonance frequency Qf value of CLST-0.7 ceramics all increase first and then decrease and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τf of CLST ceramics decrease. The sample of CLST with 10 wt% CBS,4.0 wt% LBSCA and 1.0 wt% CuO sintered at 900 ℃ for 5 h exhibits excellent microwave dielectric properties:εr=67.31,Qf=2197 GHz,τf=40.28 ppm/℃.
