摘  要:目的:氟砷对机体的联合作用各家报道不一,本研究从吸收与排泄角度直接观察氟砷对人体的联合作用效应。方法:6名志愿者和6名当地居民短期暴露于氟、砷、氟+砷环境中,测定总摄入量和经尿、粪排泄量。结果:当机体初次暴露于高氟、高砷下氟砷联合组与单纯氟或砷组的消化道吸收率、蓄积率、生物半减期均无显著差异(P>0.05),当地人氟的蓄积率明显降低(P<0.01),砷的蓄积也有降低的倾向。结论:从吸收与排泄角度认为氟、砷对机体呈现单独作用,减少氟或砷的吸收,增大尿的排泄是防治氟。Object: There were many articles about effects of fluoride and arsenic on health, but the results were not completely agreeable. This paper, combined actions of fluoride and arsenic, studied on human health from the point of view of absorption and excretion. Method: Six volunteers and six local inhabitants were exposed to fluoride and arsenic. Total intake and excretive contents ( via urinary and stool) were assayed. Result: Absorptivity in digestive tract, cumulative rate and biological half life were no significantly different (P>0.05) when six volunteers were exposed firstly to fluoride, arsenic and fluoride plus arsenic, respectively. But cumulative rate of fluoride in local inhabitants decreased significantly (P<0.01) and that of arsenic tended towards the reduction. Conclusion: With respect to effect on human health, fluoride and arsenic seemed to be unilateral action. Therefore, reduction of fluoride/arsenic absorption and increment of excretion will make it possible to provide an effective means of preventing and treating fluoride-arsenic poisoning.
