云南蚤类区系聚类分析

摘　　要：从蚤类定量分布角度，将云南现有的１４０种和亚种蚤在５个动物地理小区中以存在或不存在作二元属性状态分布，以联合系数来表征两动物地理小区间蚤类种群组成的相似性程度；以距离系数类平均法进行系统聚类。根据聚类结果显示，云南蚤类的现行动物地理区划与聚类分析基本一致。According to the number of flea distribution, 140 species and subspecies located in Yunnan were analyzed by distance coefficient average clustering at binary attributes distribution of 5 zoogeographical infra-regions, through union coefficient measuring the similarity of flea composed between zoogeographical infra-regions. The result shows that Yunnan flea zoogeographical divisions is the same as the cluster analysis, and the distribution of flea is notably restricted by natural geographical location and special landscape.
