摘　　要：中国人民银行大额支付系统以支付金额计占了我国电子支付总金额的近六成。支付系统作为金融系统重要的基础设施,经由它支付的资金流的信息有丰富的含义,其中重要的信息是显示了各地区金融的发展水平。通过分析中国人民银行支付结算司《中国支付体系发展报告》(2006～2008年)的数据,以揭示不同地区和不同地区组成的经济区域的金融发展水平。The huge-value payment system of the People＇s Bank of China has occupied nearly 60 percent of the total amount of China＇s electric payment. Payment system is a critical infrastructure for a financial system, and the payment flow information is rich in meaning, and some important information can show financial development levels of different regions. This paper analyzes data of the report of payment of the People＇s Bank of China （Year 2006 to 2008） to reveal the financial development levels of different regions and economic areas which are composed of different regions.
