摘 要:将具有独特的X型网络的Z-源逆变器应用于光伏并网系统,利用逆变器桥臂直通状态实现直流侧升压。对Z-源逆变器的拓扑结构和工作原理进行了详细的分析;根据电网电压定向的控制策略结合比例谐振控制器,利用改进的空间矢量脉宽调制方法实现了逆变器并网控制,使Z-源光伏并网系统能够动态跟踪光伏电池最大功率点电压,输出电流和电网电压相位,实现单位功率因数运行和电流波形正弦化。仿真结果表明系统具有良好的静态和动态性能,验证了采用的系统结构和控制策略的有效性和可行性。In this paper,the Z-source inverter which has a unique X-type Z-source networkis is applied in three-phase photovoltaic(PV)grid-connected system.The Z-source inverter can utilize the shoot-through state that simultaneously turns on both power switches in a leg to boost a DC-link voltage.The circuit topology and basic principles of the Z-source inverter were described in detail.The grid voltage oriented control is combined with a modified space vector pulse width modulation and proportional resonant(PR) controllers made the Z-source inverter generate a sinusoidal AC current in phase with grid voltage.PV generation system can track the maximum power point of the PV array and transform power to the utility grid with a unity power factor simultaneously.To verify the effectiveness of the analyzed circuit model and modified space vector PWM technique,simulation results show the PV generation system,with proposed control strategy,processes good steady and dynamic performance.
