丹参苗期生长特性研究

摘　　要：为了研究丹参苗期生长特性，分别设6月30日、7月12日、7月29日3个不同播期，从丹参出苗时间、子叶生长、叶片发育、叶绿体色素含量、根系发育和壮苗指数等各项壮苗指标做动态比较分析。结果表明，丹参夏季育苗一般5d左右出苗，在7月中旬育苗，各项壮苗指标都达到最好，壮苗指数在0．13～0．15适合移栽。综合来看，丹参苗期成长受光、气温（包括地温）影响明显，从第1片真叶生长开始就伴着侧根系的生长，根系发育有明显的级根次第顺序，4级及以前比较发达。Sowing the Salvia rniltiorrhiza on June 30^th ,July 12^th and July 29^th, the time of emergence, cotyledon growth, blade development, chloroplast pigment contents, root system growth and strong seedling index were observed and compared dynamically to study the seedling growth characteristics. Sowing on July 12^th obtains the best strong seedling after sowing about 5 days which can be transplanted at strong seedling index being 0.13-0.15. On the whole, the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza is affected by light, air temperature （including the ground temperature） obviously. The first euphylla begins to development accompanied by the growth of lateral root, and the development of root system have obvious order with the four order and before stronger than others.
