摘 要:对烟草黄叶突变体和正常绿色植株K326的叶绿素含量和光合特性进行了研究比较。结果表明,烟草黄叶突变体在整个生长发育阶段总叶绿素含量低于正常绿色植株K326,为正常绿色植株的65%左右。突变体的叶绿素a/b值大于正常绿色植株,类胡萝卜素/叶绿素值大于正常绿色植株。只有当烟叶成熟落黄时,叶片中的叶绿素含量才相当。突变体的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度也低于正常绿色植株,净光合速率为正常绿色植株的75%左右。The results from comparing the leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of the mutant with yellow leaf and K326 with green leaf in tobacco showed that total leaf chlorophyll content of the mutant with yellow leaf was about 65% of K326 during the whole growth period, the leaf a/b ratio and carotenoid/chlorophyll ratio of the mutant with yellow leaf was higher than K326, and the leaf chlorophyll content of the mutant with yellow leaf and K326 was similar at leaf maturity stage. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomata1 conductance of the mutant with yellow leaf was lower than K326 and its net photosynthetic rate was 75% of K326.
