摘  要:为了研究不同营养液对菘蓝生长和生理特性的影响,在菘蓝组培苗移栽第2周开始施用4种不同的营养液,观测对菘蓝幼苗生长量及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:与清水对照相比,4种营养液均可促进移栽苗的生长,其中大量元素为Ca(NO3)2.4H2O 945 mg/L+KNO3607 mg/L+NH4H2PO4115 mg/L+MgSO4.7H2O 493 mg/L的营养液对幼苗生长促进效果最为明显,幼苗在株高、叶片数、叶片大小、根重、叶重及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量等方面均优于其他营养液处理。Four different nutrient solutions were applied alter one week ol tissue culture seeollng transplanting to study their effects on growth and physiological characteristics of Isatis indigotica. Results showed that four nutrient solutions significantly improved the growth of I. indigotica plantlet compared with control tap water. Among them, nutrient solution combination Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 945mg/L+KNO3 607mg/L+NH2H2PO4 115mg/L+MgSO4·7H2O 493mg/L had optimum promoting effect on plantlet growth, the stem height, leaves number, leaves size, root weight, leaves weight, contents of chlorophyll, soluble proteins ,and soluble sugars were higher than other solution treatment.
