摘  要:采用共沉淀法制备了不同Cu含量的铜镁铝类水滑石(Cux-MgAl),再在500oC焙烧制得Cux-MgAlOy催化剂.分别考察了在220和300oC还原时,Cu含量对Cux-MgAlOy催化糠醛加氢反应性能的影响.用X射线衍射、H2程序升温还原、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和X射线光电子能谱等技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,当Cu含量为11.2%时,Cu-MgAlOy催化剂活性和稳定性较高,糠醛加氢生成糠醇及糠醇进一步加氢脱水的催化活性中心主要是Cu0,而催化剂中的CuO,MgO和MgAl2O4金属氧化物具有催化糠醛与溶剂乙醇反应生成2-二乙氧甲基呋喃的作用.Cu-based catalysts (Cux-MgAlOy) for furfural hydrogenation were prepared by calcination of Cu-containing hydrotalcite-type precursors (Cux-MgAl) obtained by coprecipitation. The effect of Cu content on the catalytic properties of Cux-MgAlOy reduced at 220 and 300 ℃ in furfural hydrogenation was investigated. The Cux-MgAlOy catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, H2 temperature-programmed reduction, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that Cu-MgAlOy containing 11.2% of Cu exhibited an excellent catalytic activity and stability, and Cu0 species were confirmed to be the main catalytic active sites for furfural hydrogenation to furfuryl alcohol and hydro-dehydration of furfuryl alcohol to 2-methyl furan. However, the presence of metal oxides, such as CuO, MgO, and even MgAl2O4, would promote the formation of 2-diethoxylmethyl furan by the side reaction of furfural with ethanol.
