摘  要:从普通液压缸结构分析入手,与工程实际相结合,直观地表述了往复运动密封的使用形式,以O形圈、唇形密封和矩形截面密封为例进行了详细探讨。从密封件应用的角度分析了密封件润滑的3种可能的状态,列出了无限长理论假设下泄漏量的表达式,通过实验及对实验的总结对几种影响密封的因素进行了探讨。The present study starts with the analysis of standard hydraulic cylinder, integrating with practical engineering,demonstrating the usage types of reciprocating seals intuitively,and takes o- rings ,hydraulic lip seals and rectangular-section seals for instance to discuss in detail. Based on the application of seals, three possible states of the lubrication were analyzed, equation of leakage under the hypothesis of infinite line contact theory was listed out,and several factors which influence sealing effect were investigated through carrying out experiments and summarizing experimental results.
