摘　　要：矿用单体液压支柱活柱体表面处理是单体支柱生产中的一道重要工序,碱性锌酸盐镀锌实现了基体防腐的要求,属阳极性镀层,对基体有很好的保护作用,同时该工艺综合成本低。The mineral product monomer hydraulic pressure prop plunger body surface processing is in a single body prop production important working procedure, the alkalinity zincate galvanization has realized the substrate anticorrosion request, is anode coating, has the very good protective function to the substrate, simultaneously this craft comprehensive cost is low.
