摘 要:将有限元法与试验技术相结合对某运输车后桥壳的结构性能进行了研究。建立了以板单元为基本单元的桥壳有限元模型,通过模拟相关行业标准规定的台架试验,验证了其垂直弯曲刚度和垂直弯曲静强度;通过线性静态分析获得了3种工况下桥壳的变形及应力分布情况,并依据仿真分析结果提出了结构改进方案,改进后的桥壳质量有所降低、性能有所提升。Structural analysis of some truck axle housing was made by combining finite element method with experiment technology. The FEA model of axle housing was established by taking shell as basic units. Based on the model, the set experiment according to the national standard was simulated which indicated that the intensity and rigidity of this axle housing was enough. The deformation and stress of the axle housing under three working conditions were obtained by linear static analysis. Moreover, some program about structural improvement based on analysis results were proposed. Comparing with former axle housing, the new one was lighter and has better properties.
