摘 要:研究了一种基于迈克尔逊干涉仪干涉成像的新型表面等离子体共振(Surface Plasmon Resonance,SPR)传感器,介绍了系统的构建方法和工作原理。系统以溴钨灯为迈克尔逊干涉仪的光源产生干涉图像,采用Kreschmann棱镜耦合结构激励SPR,由CCD摄像机采集传感芯片干涉图,对干涉图进行信息提取和傅里叶变换得到光谱图,再对光谱图进行分析处理得到SPR曲线。在系统中引入了辅助定标光路,即以一已知波长的单色光(氦氖激光器)作为标尺确定光强随光程差变化的干涉图函数中采样点的选取,降低了使用迈克尔逊干涉仪过程中的转动和传动机械误差。实验结果表明,该传感系统具有成本低、结构简单、操作方便、多通道检测等优点。A novel surface plasmon resonance sensor based on interference imaging technique with a Michelson interferometer is proposed.The structure and principle of the system is presented.Interference images are produced by a Michelson interferometer,which used a bromine tungsten lamp as the light source.A Kretschmann prism configuration is used to stimulate SPR.The reflected biochip images are recorded by a CCD camera.Spectral images which are obtained through Fourier transform of the interference images,are analyzed and processed to get SPR curves.An assisted calibration optical path is introduced into the system and a monochromatic light(He-Ne laser)with known wavelength is employed as a scale to sample,which can reduce mechanical errors of transmission and rotation from Michelson interferometer.Experiments show that the system has the advantages of low cost,simple structure,easy operation and mutichannel detection.
