摘 要:在大型电站锅炉尾部烟道设置烟气挡板用于调节再热蒸汽汽温,是一种很好的调温方法。但挡板调节性能及对尾部烟道空气动力场的影响目前尚缺乏深入的研究。针对某600MW超临界锅炉,运用相似理论建立了锅炉尾部烟道空气动力特性试验系统,得到了锅炉尾部前、后烟道流量分配情况。在试验结果的基础上对实际锅炉不同负荷时的尾部前、后烟道流量分配进行计算,取得挡板的开度与流量分配之间的关系,可为大容量锅炉的设计及汽温调节提供参考。Gas dampers equipped in the back-end ductwork of a large-capacity boiler are efficient for temperature regulation of reheat steam. However, the regulation characteristics of gas dampers and their influence on the aerodynamic characteristics in the back-end ductwork have not yet been thoroughly investigated to date. According to the construction of a 600 MW super-critical boiler, an experimental setup for the aerodynamic characteristics in the back-end ductwork of the boiler was established using the theory of similarity. Flow distibutions in the back-end ductworks were acquired by experiments. On the basis of experiment results, the relationship of the gas-damper opening and the flow distribution was obtained by calculating the flow distributions in the back-end ductworks at different boiler loads. The result acquired can give a reference to the design and steam-temperature regulation of large-capacity boilers.
