摘 要:通过3年田间定位试验,研究连年翻压绿肥对植烟土壤微生物量C、N和土壤C、N的影响,结果表明:连年翻压绿肥能够显著提高土壤微生物量C、N含量以及土壤C、N含量,这种提高的趋势随着翻压年限的增加而增加。在烟株整个生育期,植烟土壤翻压绿肥3年后与对照相比,土壤微生物量C、N含量分别提高了30.96%~67.13%、22.96%~145.07%,土壤有机碳、全N、碱解氮含量分别提高了27.84%~53.77%、8.85%~40.95%、11.62%~20.94%,表明翻压绿肥后土壤生物过程活跃,有利于土壤有机物质的转化和烤烟正常生长所需的营养供应。相关分析表明,土壤微生物量C、N在大多数生育时期均与土壤C、N呈显著或极显著正相关。The effects of different years of burying green manure on the microbial biomass C,N and C,N content in tobacco-planting soil were studied through 3 years' field location tests.The results showed that burying green manure in successive years could obviously increase soil microbial biomass C,N and soil C,N content,and this trend of increase was strengthened as the burying years increased.In comparison with the control,after burying the green manure for three years,the content of soil microbial biomass C and N increased 30.96%~67.13% and 22.96%~145.07% respectively,the content of organic C,total N and alkali-hydrolyzable N in the soil increased 27.84%~53.77%,8.85%~40.95% and 11.62%~20.94% respectively.The above results revealed burying green manure could promote the activity of soil organism,it was in favor of the turnover of organic matter in the soil and provision of nutrition to meet the needs of tobacco's normal growth.The correlation analysis indicated that soil microbial biomass C,N had significantly or very significantly positive correlation with the content of soil C,N at most growth stages of tobacco.
