摘 要:目的:旨在研究日粮酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸水平对丝毛乌骨鸡0~16周龄生产性能、血清生化指标的影响。方法:选用1日龄丝毛乌骨鸡270只,饲养至16周龄,3个试验鸡组分别在对照组基础上添加酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸0.17%和0.2%、0.34%和0.4%、0.51%和0.6%水平的日粮,观测其0~16周龄的生产性能和血清生化指标。结果:日粮酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸水平显著影响2、6、12、14周龄的体重(P<0.05),显著影响0~2、5~6、11~16周龄的平均日增重(P<0.05),显著影响0~2、3~4、11~12、15~16周龄的平均采食量(P<0.05),除0~2、9~10周龄外,其它0~16周龄各阶段料重比均差异显著(P<0.05);日粮酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸水平对丝毛乌骨鸡血清生化指标中葡萄糖影响显著(P<0.05),其它各项生化指标影响均不显著(P>0.05),但不同周龄对各项生化指标影响均极显著(P<0.01)。结论:通过调节日粮酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸的供给水平可改善0~16周龄丝毛乌骨鸡的生产性能和部分生化指标。In order to study the effects of dietary tyrosine and phenylalanine levels on the production performance and serum bio- chemical parameters of 0 ~ 16 -week -old Taihe silky fowls, two hundred and seventy one-day -old silky fowls were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group has 4 replications, each replication has 16 chickens (half male and half female), .and the silky fowls in group 1 ~4 wereraised for 16 days with basal diet, basal diet + tyrosine 0. 17% + phenylalanine 0. 2%, basal diet + tyrosine 0. 34% + phenylalanine 0.4%, and basal.diet + tyrosine 0.51% + phenylalanine 0.6% respectively. The results showed that the tyrosine and phenylalanine levels significantly affected the body weight of 2, 6, 12, 14 weeks (P 〈0. 05), the average daily gain of 0 ~ 2, 5 ~6, 11 ~ 16 weeks (P 〈0.05), the average intake of 0 ~ 2, 3~4, 11~ 12, 15 ~ 16 weeks (P 〈0.05). Except for 0 ~2, 9 ~ 10 weeks stage, among different stages of 0 ~ 16 weeks, the feed conversion ratio was significantly different (P 〈0.05). Except for glucose, the effects of tyrosine and phenylalanine levels on the serum biochemical parameters of silky fowl were not significant (P 〉0.05). There were significant differ- ences in biochemical parameters among different week -old chickens (P 〈0.01 ). So tyrosine and phenylalanine had better effect on the production performance, some serum biochemical parameters of 0~ 16- week- old silky fowl.
