摘　　要：泵检修技能人才是核电厂能够安全运行的骨干力量。面对我国核电事业的发展机遇与挑战，文中从分析核电工程用泵的发展趋势和泵检修实验室建设入手，探讨泵检修技能人才的培养模式，该模式由模块化技能实习系统以及实习管理组成，能够适应核电发展的需要，为社会培养具有专业理论和实践技能的外向型高等职业技能人才。Technicians on pump maintenance are the backbone that guarantees the safe operation of a nuclear plant. Facing the opportunity and challenge of China＇s nuclear power development, the writer puts forward a mode of training technicians on pump maintenance by an analysis of the development of nuclear-powered pump and the establishment of pump-maintained laboratory. The mode is composed of modularized skill system and practice management system. It is able to meet the need of nuclear-powered development and will train higher vocational technicians with the specialized theory and the practice skill for the society.
