摘　　要：铁路"十一五"建设及中国制造业和建设业进入高速发展时代,对货物运输需求不断扩大,货物运量增加,铁路内部的产业结构调整使得铁路第三方物流企业市场潜力大增。铁路物流企业要抓住机遇发展第三方物流企业的市场,借助铁路行业的有利资源发展铁路第三方物流企业,将资源优势转化为物流企业的运作优势,改善和打造自己的物流系统,引进专门的物流人才。同时,对现有内部职工进行有条件、有计划的专门培训,转变服务理念,强化物流服务技能,为客户提供现代物流服务是个不容忽视的问题。Railway ＂Eleventh Five-year＂ building and China＇s manufacturing industry and construction industry entered the era of rapid development, the growing demand for cargo transportation, cargo traffic increased, the railway makes the ad- justment of industrial structure within the rail market potential for significant increase in third-party logistics companies. Rail- way logistics enterprises to seize the opportunity to develop third-party logistics enterprises in the market, with the help the railway industry, enabling third-party logistics resources for the development of railway enterprise, the resource advan- tage into the operation of the logistics business strengths, im- prove and build their own logistics system, the introduction of a dedicated logistics personnel, while existing in-house work- ers to carry out the conditions and the special training pro- gram, change the service concept, strengthen the logistics ser- vice skills to provide customers with a modern logistics ser- vice is not to be neglected.
