重庆市推广五项农村中医适宜技术的反馈信息及对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市所筛选推广的5项中医适宜技术是否适合农村卫生现状,并分析其影响因素,探索更适合乡村医生的中医适宜技术体系。方法选取重庆市铜梁县、璧山县、荣昌县3个项目县的乡村医生进行中医适宜技术培训,于培训结束后采用现场问卷调查的方法,获得乡村医生对所培训的适宜技术的真实感受与评价。结果乡村医生对此类适宜技术的评价均较高;年龄、培训前对相关知识的熟悉程度及是否具备使用该技术的条件是影响乡村医生对技术评价的主要因素。结论乡村医生对农村中医适宜技术的反响较好,政府和有关部门应加大对此类技术的培训,提高乡村医生的业务水平和服务能力。Objective To find out whether the popularization of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology （TCMT） is suitable to the rural areas in Chongqing, and analyze the influencing factors, in order to develop a more suitable technology system. Methods The rural doctors from three counties of Chongqing Metropolitan were given training on TCMT. The doctors＇ true feelings and evaluation about TCMT were collected by field questionnaire survey after the training. Results The rural doctors had a high evaluation about TCMT. The major factors affecting their evaluation are the age, degree of prior cognition on the relevant knowledge and conditions they have had to apply the technique. Conclusion The rural doctors have a high evaluation on TCMT. The government and relevant departments should intensify the training of such technology so as to improve the rural doctors＇ professional level and service capability.
