无创穴位刺激防治术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外科术后无创穴位刺激对术后恶心呕吐的防治效果。方法选择2008年11月—2009年9月全麻和连续硬膜外麻醉术后患者266例,随机分试验组131例和对照组135例。两组患者均按常规治疗和护理,试验组患者术后回病房即行内关、足三里点压按揉穴位刺激每穴3min,1次/2h,有恶心症状随时按揉;而对照组患者不施加上述措施。观察两组患者术后24h内恶心呕吐控制情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者恶心呕吐控制程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。结论内关、足三里穴位点压按揉能有效预防术后恶心呕吐。Objective To reveal the influence of the noninvasive point - stimulating therapy on postoperative nausea and vomitting. Methods From November 2008 to September 2009, 266 patients after abdominal operation were randomly divided into two groups, there were 131 patients in experimental group and 135 in control group. After operation, the patients in experimental group were treated with the point massage of ＂ neiguan＂ and ＂ zusanli＂ for 3 minutes per point every two hours. The patients in control group were not treated with point massage. All patients were cared routinely. The preventing effect on the postoperative nausea and vomitting within 24 hours postoperatively of all patients were evaluated. Results The degree of the postoperative nausea and vomitting in experimental group was slighter than in control group （ P = 0. 03 ） . Conclusion The point massage of＂ neiguan＂ and ＂ zusanli＂ could obviously prevent the postoperative nausea and vomitting. The point - stimulating therapy has safe and economical advantages and is worth recommending.
