摘　　要："三言"商贾小说中商贾观念有较大变化,其转变的主要原因有:时代的要求和商人阶层本身的迫切需要,冯梦龙等人的社会责任感,哲学思潮的影响,享乐至上的世俗风情等。Great changes have taken place to merchants＇ view in merchant stories of FENG Meng-long＇s ＂Three words＂ novel collections. The causes for these changes may include the requirement of the time, FENG＇s strong sense of responsibili- ty, influence of philosophical thoughts, and epicurean orientation.
