人性化护理对神经症病人疗效的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理对神经症病人疗效的影响。方法:将药物治疗基本相同的86例神经症病人分为人性化护理组与传统的责任制护理组进行对照研究,分别于治疗护理开始时,治疗护理四周、八周时进行90项症状自评量表(SCL—90)评定,并于八周时让两组病人对工作人员进行满意度评价。结果:研究组满意度为97.6%,对照组满意度为87.5%。经治疗护理四周后,90项症状自评量表(SCL—90)中,除偏执因子外各项因子分值下降,但两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),八周后,90项症状自评量表中焦虑、恐怖、躯体化因子分值继续下降,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过人性化护理,体现人文关怀,营造人性化环境,更能融洽护患关系,提高神经症患者的社会功能及心理健康水平,对神经症患者的康复有促进作用。Purpose： discussing on the influence of humanistic nursing on the curatives effect in neurotics.Method： divide 56 neurosis taking the same medical treatment into two groups by reendow lot,and separately give the total nursing together with humanistic nursing and the traditional nursing of responsibility system.At the beginning,after four weeks and eight weeks evaluate and drew a self-evaluation table about 90 symptoms for the effects,and make the patients give satisfaction evaluation for the staff of the two groups.Result： The satisfaction degree for the research group amounts to 97.6%,while the comparative group 87.5%.After four weeks＇ treatment and nursing,among the 90 items of self-evaluation table,every factors＇ score decrease,while no statistics difference between the two groups（P0.05）.After eight weeks,the factors＇ score of anxiety,frighten and summarization continued to decrease,and obvious difference appeared between the two groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion： The humanistic nursing could improve the relation between the patients and the doctors,and would bring a more effective result in the recovery of the neurosis.
