摘 要:本文采用三维弹性接触有限元法对折弯机机械补偿装置补偿过程进行数值模拟,得到工作台上表面变形挠度曲线。通过与滑块下表面变形曲线的比较,修正机械补偿装置的设计尺寸,使得工作台和滑块的变形曲线有较高的吻合度,保证了折弯机的加工精度,对机械补偿装置设计有较大指导意义。By use of the three-dimensional elastic contact finite element method,the numerical simulation has been adopted for the compensation process of the compensation device of press brake,and the load-deflection distortion curve of the upper surface of workbench has been obtained. By comparing with the deformation curve of the lower surface on slider, the design parameters of the machine compensation device has been revised. The curve coincidence of workbench and slider has been highly improved and the manufacturing accuracy of the press brake has been increased, which provides guidance for the design of machine compensation commendably.
