摘　　要：以汽车车架梁类件中的第一横梁为例,针对其特殊结构特点,提出了车架梁类件在冲压工艺及模具结构设计时应该着重注意的问题。阐述了厚板料落冲模结构设计时应遵循的设计步骤和原则,实现了厚板料落冲模非常规结构设计,提高了厚板料落冲模设计质量及效率,做到了产品的精细化设计。Taking the first girder of automobile frame＇s girders for example, as per the special structural features, the key problems in stamping technique and die structure design for auto frame girder have been put forward. The process and principles in the design have been given, which realizes the unconventional structure design for thick panel blanking punching die, and improves the design efficiency and quality. Therefore the products can be designed elaborately.
