高尿酸血症与高血压的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正常人群高尿酸血症与高血压之间的相关性。方法随机抽取昆明地区在我院2006年至2007年进行体检的正常人9929例,在排除有严重心、脑、肺、肾等疾病及服用影响嘌呤代谢、血糖代谢、血压及血脂代谢等药物的患者,进行空腹血尿酸、血糖、血压、体重等测定。结果9929例受检者中,高血压有1847例,占18.6%;高尿酸有2554例,占25.72%。同时有高血压、高尿酸者685例,占6.9%。同时具有高血压和高尿酸者占单纯高血压组37.08%,占单纯高尿酸组26.82%。高尿酸组伴高血压的发生率显著高于正常尿酸组,高血压组伴高尿酸的发生率也显著高于正常血压组,且统计学有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论高尿酸血症与高血压的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between hyperuricemia and hypertension among health check-up receivers.Methods 9929 persons without severe diseases in heart,brain,lung and kidney and not taking medicine for purine metabolism,plasma glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and blood pressure,were selected in random among the population receiving regular physical examination in our hospital during the period from 2006 to 2007.They were checked on blood uric acid,plasma glucose,blood pressure and weight in limosis.Results Among the 9929 subjects,1847 persons were diagnosed with hypertension,accounting for 18.6%;and 2554 persons with hyperuricemia,accounting for 25.72%;685 peoples with both hypertension and hyperuricemia accounting for 6.9%.Those accounted for 37.08% in the hypertension group and 26.82% in the hyperuricemia group.The incidence of hypertension in the hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than that among the population with normal blood uric acid.The incidence of hyperuricemia in the hypertension group was also significantly higher than that among the population with hyperuricemia.There were significant statistic differences（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Hyperuricemia is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of hypertension.
