摘　　要：期权受贿的范围是由各个国家关于受贿罪的具体规定以及法律解释的限度共同决定的。期权受贿的非典型性以钱权交易的时间差为形式,以权力的扩张与延伸为本质,其在构成上的表现是主体身份的变化性、行为的阶段性与事先的明确约定性。The extent of options bribes are decided by specific requirements from various countries and the limits of legal interpretation.The specificity of options bribes shows as the difference in time of trading power for money exteriorly,expansion and extension of power for the essential.On the composition of crime the specificity of options bribes displays as changes in the identity of subject,behavior stage and clear agreement in advance.
