摘　　要：抵挡汤是活血化瘀的名方,古代主要用此方治疗"蓄血证",近年来,一些医家在临床实践中发现,很多内伤杂病都表现为瘀热互结,亦可使用抵挡汤治之,应用此方治疗各科疾病,临床屡有报道,文章对此进行了综述。Didang decoction,a classic prescription of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,was used to treat stagnated blood syndrome in ancient times.Recently,physicians have found that interior stagnant-heat syndrome is manifested in many kinds of internal damage and miscellaneous diseases,so the prescription can treat diseases of different systems.This paper reviews the recent clinical reports in this respect.
