摘　　要：糖尿病足(Diabetic Foot,DF)是糖尿病严重的并发症之一,具有较高的致残率、致死率,病程较长,经久难愈。目前临床上多采用内科基础治疗与外治相结合的方法,尤其是中医外治法,或外敷,或熏洗,疗效显著。结合相关报道,对中医药外治法辅助治疗糖尿病足的研究进展做一综述。Diabetic Foot（DF）is one of serious complications of diabetes which has a high incidence of disability and death.All has been reviewed as a summary of the status and progress for clinical reference.At present,the greater use of clinical medical treatment and outside the rule-based method of combining,especially traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,or topical,or fumigation,has significantly effect.In this paper,the writers summarize the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of diabetic foots latest researches based on the relevant reports.
