下肢动脉硬化性病变的CTA价值及中医辨证治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨和总结16层螺旋CTA在下肢动脉硬化性病变诊断中的临床应用及该病的中医辨证治疗。方法:对64例患者行下肢动脉血管造影成像后,使用三维重建方法包括最大强度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)等,并进行分析。结果:60例患者血管重建图像显示良好,能显示下肢血管管腔不规则,单发或多发狭窄或闭塞等。结论:下肢动脉血管成像CAT检查可作为下肢动脉硬化性闭塞性病变的诊断及术前评价和筛选的重要手段。Objective： To investigate and summarize 16-slice CTA in diagnosis of arteriosclerosis lesions and the clinical application of TCM treatment of the disease.Methods： 64 patients underwent lower extremity arterial angiography,the use of three-dimensional reconstruction methods,including maximum intensity projection （MIP）,multi-planar reconstruction （MPR）,etc.,and analysis.Results： 60 patients with vascular reconstruction image shows good,showing the lower limb vascular lumen is irregular,single or multiple stenos is or occlusion.Conclusion： The lower extremity arterial imaging CAT examination can be used as lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans disease diagnosis and preoperative evaluation and screening of the important means.
