摘　　要：通过对近5年来有关慢性肾衰大鼠模型的中医药文献资料进行整理和分析,从肾功能、电解质、血常规及病理组织学等方面入手,对此类模型的检测指标进行概述,为慢性肾衰药物的实验室研究提供更全面的方法学依据。By arrange and analyse the traditional Chinese medicine literature on rat model of chronic renal failure through recent five years,proceed with the following aspects such as renal function,plasma electrolyte,blood routine and histopathology,we try to summarize the detection index on this field,to provide methodological basis for chronic renal failure in laboratory study.
