梁学林教授从虚论治慢性盆腔炎临床体会

摘　　要：梁学林教授认为素体虚弱、正气内伤时外邪侵入而发为血瘀证,或久病未愈,日久耗伤正气而致气滞血瘀症为慢性盆腔炎的主要病因病机,故其在治疗上以鼓舞正气、扶正祛邪为主,并在此基础上进行辨证论治,取得较好疗效。Professor LIANG Xue-lin thought that the element body is weak,when healthy tendency internal injury the external injuries influences invasion sends for the blood stasis card,or long illness has not recovered,will consume the wound healthy tendency to send the stagnation of flow of vital energy blood stasis sickness in the course of time for the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease＇s main cause of disease pathogenesis,therefore it inspires the healthy tendency in the treatment,to strengthen the body＇s natural resistance and remove harmful factors primarily,based on this and carries on discusses dialectically governs,obtains the good curative effect.
