自拟前列通闭汤治疗前列腺增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟前列通闭汤治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:将80例前列腺增生症的患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例内服自拟前列通闭汤并随证加减治疗;对照组40例口服前列康片,两组均30天为1个疗程,服用3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟前列通闭汤治疗前列腺增生症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical therapy on patients with Prostatic hyperplasia through self-made Qianlie Tongbi Tang.Methods： 80 patients were randomized into two groups： the treatment group in which 40 cases were given self-made Qianlie Tongbi Tang and then were regulated medicines on the basis of patern;the control group in which 40 cases were given Qianliekang.The two groups were both given three courses of the treatment which a course with 30 days.Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.5%,and while the total effective rate in control group was 60.0%.The significance of the difference between the two groups is prominent.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of treatment on patients with Prostatic hyperplasia through self-treatment Qianlie Tongbi Tang is significant.
