调经活血汤治疗原发性痛经36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调经活血汤治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:从临床中随机抽取36名患者用调经活血汤治疗。观察3个月经周期后的临床疗效。结果:总有效治疗率为88.8%(P<0.05)。结论:调经活血汤治疗原发性痛经有明显疗效。Objective： To observe the Menstruation Decoction for the clinical efficacy of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods： Clinical randomly selected 36 patients with a Menstruation Decoction.For 3 months after the clinical effect of the menstrual cycle.Results： The total effective treatment rate was 88.8% （P0.05）.Conclusion： Menstruation Decoction for treatment of primary dysmenorrheal significant effect.
