RP-HPLC法测定加味酸枣仁胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立加味酸枣仁胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为C18,以甲醇-乙腈-水（65：5：30）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为270nm,柱温：30℃。结果：丹参酮ⅡA的线性范围为0.0262-0.4200μg,r=0.9998;平均回收率为97.2%,RSD=1.3%（n=5）。结论：方法简便、准确,可用于加味酸枣仁胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To develop a method for determining TanshinnoneⅡA in Jiaweisuanzaoren Capsule.Methods： Analysis was carried out using a C18 column,with methanol-acetonitrile-water（65： 5： 30）as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The wavelength was 270nm and the column temperature was at 30℃ .Results： The calibration curves of TanshinnoneⅡA at the ranges of 0.0262~0.4200μg,r=0.9998.The average recoveries were 97.2%,RSD=1.3%（n=5）.Conclusion： the method is simple and accurate for determination of TanshinnoneⅡA in Jiaweisuanzaoren Capsule.
