针刺血清对急性失血性休克家兔血压即时效应影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺血清和空白血清对失血性休克家兔血压影响的即时效应。方法:10只家兔随机分成针刺血清组和空白血清组,每组5只,分别观察两组治疗后家兔血压的变化。结果:针刺血清组血压升高幅度比空白血清组大,持续时间比空白血清组长,病死率比空白血清组低。结论:针刺血清组效果优于空白血清组。Objective： To observe instant effect of acupuncture serum and blank serum on blood pressure of rabbit with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock.Methods：Ten rabbits were randomly divided into acupuncture serum group,blank serum group,with 5 cases in each,observe blood pressure change of each group after treatment.Result： Compared with blank serum group,range of blood pressure increasing is large and long duration and mortality rate is low in the acupuncture serum group.Conclusion：The acupuncture serum is better than the blank serum group.
