摘 要:采用化学氧化-铁离子覆盖和化学氧化-表面接枝2种方法对聚乙烯生物填料进行表面改性,并使用接触角、扫描电镜及X射线光电子能谱等手段对改性前后的填料表面进行表征,同时还考察其在废水处理中的挂膜速度和处理效果。结果表明,2种改性方法都能使填料表面形成腐蚀坑而增加了表面粗糙度,并引入基团使填料表面呈正电性,使得填料的亲水性与生物亲和性增强,有利于微生物的粘附。2种改性方法可将挂膜时间分别缩短37.5%和60%,挂膜量分别提高54.8%和76.1%,COD的去除率也分别提高10.63%和8.64%。Two kinds of methods,chemical oxidation-surface covered with iron ion and chemical oxidation-surface grafting of gelatin,were used to modify the surface perporty of polyethylene bio-carrier,and the improvement of surface properties of bio-carrier was characterized by contact angle,scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,the speed of biofilm formation and performance were also investigated for treating wastewater.The results showed that two kinds of surface modified methods could increase the surface roughness because of formation of corrosion pits,and make the surface electricity of bio-carrier positive due to the introduction of groups,which made the hydrophilicity and biological affinity greatly improved,and facilitate for micro-organisms adhesion.The speed of biofilm formation of the two methods was enhanced 37.5% and 60%,respectively,the biomass attached on bio-carrier were increased 54.8% and 76.1%,respectively,and the COD removal rates were also increased 10.63% and 8.64%,respectively.
