摘　　要：针对现有作业井试压装置的不足,对其液压系统进行了重新设计,对关键部件如柱塞泵、液压马达等进行了选型,研制出了新型作业油管柱井自动试压装置。该装置以修井机液压源为动力源,以井口水源为试压水源,同时可以通过传感器和电磁阀实现自动试压操作。该试压装置具有结构简单、可自动控制、便于操作与携带、工作效率高、制造与使用成本低、使用范围广等特点。可以替代专用工具车对管柱进行试压作业。Aimed at the shortage of current pressure test device used in wells in operation,its hydraulic system was redesigned. The key parts,such as pressure test pump and the hydraulic motor were chosen. A new automatic pressure test device used in operated wells was developed. It was driven by power source of workover rigs and water source at well head was used as a pressure test source. At the same time,the automatic operation can be realized by the sensor and the electromagnetic valve. The device is simple in structure,easy for operation and carrying,high efficiency and cost of manufacturing and wide application.It can be used to replace a special operation truck for pressure test operation.
