摘  要:研究了敌敌畏、乐果、万灵、阿维菌素、氟虫腈、氟铃脲和溴氰菊酯在棉籽壳培养基及草菇子实体中的残留动态。试验结果表明,在棉籽壳培养基中阿维菌素的半衰期最长,为7.15d,溴氰菊酯的半衰期最短,为3.21d。在草菇生产流程的第8天喷药,7种农药只有阿维菌素在草菇上检出残留,但残留量比较低,只有0.03mg/kg。阿维菌素和丁硫克百威在草菇生产流程的第3天施药与在流程的第8天施药对草菇产量的影响不明显,与空白对照相比较则效果显著,分别增产29.40%和28.06%。但提前施药可降低草菇农药残留的风险,拓宽可供选择的农药品种。The residue dynamics of DDVP,dimethoate,methomyl,avermectins,fipronil,hexaflumuron and decamethrim in production process of straw mushroom were investigated. The results showed that the half-life of avermectins in cotton seed hull substrate is the longest of 7.15 d,and the decamethrim is the shortest of 3.21 d. Among the seven kinds of pesticides observed,none but the avermectins have a little residue,only of 0.03 mg/kg. Avermectins and carbosulfan were applied in production process of straw mushroom,the output of straw mushroom have no obvious effect between the third day applying pesticide and in the eighth day applying pesticide. Compared with the blank control group,there was significant difference,yield increasing of 29.40% and 28.06%,respectively. Ahead applying pesticide can play down the venture of pesticide residue and broaden the breed of optional pesticide.
