摘 要:目的观察GDM孕妇子代甘露聚糖结合凝集素(mannan-bindingl ectin,MBL)的蛋白水平和基因点突变的情况;初步探讨MBL是否对子代的遗传。方法用单链多态构象性聚合酶链(PCR-SSCP)法分析入组孕妇和子代MBL基因点突变;用ELISA法测定其血清MBL浓度。结果GDM组子代MBL基因突变发生率并不比对照组高;子代血清MBL水平高低与母亲MBL血清水平高低无关。结论母亲MBL的血清水平及基因点突变对子代没有明显影响。Objective To observe the protein level and point mutation of the filial generation of pregnant women with GDM.Discuss that if there had heritage that MBL to the filial generation.Methods To analyze the point mutation of pregnant women and their flilial generation by polymerase chain reaction-Single strand conformation polymorphism(PCR-SSCP) and to determine the MBL level of blood serum by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The MBL point mutation rate of filial generation with GDM was not higher than that of comparison group.There was no relationship between filial generation's MBL level of blood serum and their mothers.Conclusion There was less inflection that mother's MBL level of blood serum to the point mutation of their filial generation.
