经导管射频消融治疗阵发性室上性心动过速102例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)患者的电生理机制特点,以及射频消融术(RFCA)治疗的有效性与安全性。方法回顾分析经导管射频消融治疗PSVT患者102例,均予心内电生理检查明确PSVT类型及消融的靶点后行RFCA术。结果102例患者中,房室结折返性心动过速45例,占44.1%;房室折返性心动过速57例,占55.9%,其中显性预激综合征15例。术后复发3例,发生永久性III度房室传导阻滞1例,无因并发症而死亡病例。结论射频消融术是根治PSVT的一种安全有效的方法;术者的熟练程度、消融靶点的位置、患者的配合等是减少术后并发症的主要因素。Objective To analyze the information about radiofrequency catheter ablation（RFCA） treatment for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia（PSVT）,and to discuss the treatment and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods Retrospective analysis of 102cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.All of them were detected by electrophysiological study first,and then RFCA was used for these cases successfully.Results 45cases were atrial-ventricular node reentrant tachycardia（AVNRT）,57cases were atrial-ventricular reentrant tachycardia（AVRT）.The success of RFCA rate was 96.1%,relapse rate was 2.9%,one patient had long-term Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block（permanent cardiac pacing for complete heart block）.Conclusion RFCA is a safe and effective way in the treatment of PSVT.
