摘　　要：目的总结和评价肱骨近端锁定加压钢板(locking proximal humeral plate,LPHP)治疗Neer3、4部分肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法应用LPHP治疗18例肱骨近端骨折的患者,根据Neer分类,3部分骨折14例,4部分骨折4例。结果18例患者均获随访,随访时间为3～24个月,平均12个月,评定结果采用Neer评分,总的优良率为83.3%,有1例患者出现肱骨头坏死。结论对肱骨近端移位骨折采用肱骨近端锁定钢板手术治疗可取得较为满意的效果。Objective To summarize and evaluate the preliminary results of locking proximal humeral plate（LPHP） in treating the three-part and four-part fractures of proximal humeral.Methods From July 2006 to February 2009,18 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated using LPHP,there were 14 cases of three-part fractures and 4 cases of four-part fractures.Results The follow-up period of the 18 cases ranged from three（3） months to 24 months,the average being 12 months.Humeral head necrosis occurred in one（1） case.According to Neer scoring,the excellent and the good results rate was 83.3%.Conclusion LPHP is a satisfactory and effective technique in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.
