摘 要:目的探讨新型光固化封闭剂Lonosit-Seal用于儿童乳磨牙窝沟封闭的临床效果及护理配合。方法28名3~7岁儿童224颗乳磨牙接受窝沟封闭术,主要步骤包括:清洁牙面,37%磷酸酸蚀窝沟,冲洗及吹干牙面,涂布封闭剂Lonosit-Seal。术后6个月、12个月时复查封闭剂保留情况。护理配合重点在每一步骤达到要求,防止牙面处理后再污染是最重要的环节。护士在术前仔细阅读封闭剂使用说明,准确配合,尽快完成酸蚀后到固化这一过程,以减少牙面污染机会。结果窝沟封闭术后6、12个月时封闭剂Lonosit-Seal完全保留率分别达到96%和92%。结论窝沟封闭治疗中降低封闭剂脱落率的关键是医护间的密切配合,护士应熟悉操作全过程及新型封闭材料的性能。Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing of deciduous molar pit and fissure sealing using a new type of sealantLonosit-Seal.Methods 224 deciduous molar teeth from 28 children(aged 3 to 7) were put on a pit and fissure sealing,the process of which involved cleaning tooth surface,eroding the pits and fissures with 37% phosphoric acid,washing and drying the surface,and spreading the sealant(Lonosit-Seal).The sealant retention was evaluated at 6-and 12-months after operation.Nursing cooperation was emphasis especially on preventing a post-treatment recontamination on the tooth surface.The nurses carefully read the instruction before using Lonosit-Seal,manipulated accurately,and completed the process from erosion to solidification as quickly as possible to reduce this recontamination.Results The rates of complete sealant retention were 96% at 6 months and 92% at 12 months after the operation.Conclusion For pit and fissure sealing,the key to reduce the loss of sealant retention depends on a close coordination between doctor and nurse.The nurses should be familiar with the whole process of pit and fissure sealing and with performance of new sealants.
