知识管理流派特征分析及内涵界定

摘　　要：利用作者共被引和多元统计分析方法对国内外的知识管理论文进行实证研究,划分出知识管理的五个流派:战略流派、组织变革流派、过程流派、技术流派和应用流派.利用元分析的方法从研究内容、理论基础、研究方法、分析层次等层面揭示了知识管理各流派的研究特征及未来发展动向;归纳出知识管理学科研究的主要内容,探索性地提出知识管理的定义及内涵,以期从整体上把握知识管理的发展状况,为以后的研究提供参考依据.With the methods of co-citation analysis and multivariate statistical analysis,it divided knowledge management（KM） into five genres including strategy genre,organizational transformation genre,process genre,technology genre,and application genre.Furthermore,using meta-analysis,it revealed research characteristics and future development directions of the five genres from the aspects of research contents,theoretical basis,research methods,and analytical levels and so on.Lastly,it summarized the main content of KM research,and explored the definition and connotation of KM,which aimed to provide reference for future research.
