摘 要:为提高不溶性硫(IS)收率,需要寻找性能更优的稳定剂和引发体系及考虑对反应后的高温液硫进行冷却,采用低温熔融法制备不溶性硫(IS),考察反应条件对IS收率的影响.结果表明,引发剂和稳定剂质量分数对IS收率影响最显著;经正交优化后的反应条件:稳定剂KI质量分数为0.60%,引发剂过硫酸铵质量分数为0.40%,反应温度为240℃,反应时间为45min,对应的IS收率达到44.02%.Insoluble sulfur(IS) was prepared based on low-temperature melting method,and some factors influencing IS yield was discussed.The results show that amount of stabilizer and initiator were the most significant factors influencing IS yield,orthogonal design optimum parameters is:the amount of stabilizer KI is 0.60%,initiator (NH4)2S2O8 is 0.40%,reaction temperature and time separately are 240 ℃,45 minutes,IS yield is 44.02%.In order to improve the yield of IS,high performance stabilizers and initiators should be searched and the hot liquid sulfur after reaction should be cooled quickly.
